The conference venue is the PEGE (Pôle Européen de Gestion et d’Economie), located at the intersection of Blvds Leblois and Foret Noire (also home to Strasbourg Ecole de Management).

The conference takes place in the basement of the building and on its ground floor. Registration takes place at the PET-desk on the right at the bottom of the stairs after the entrance. Two conference organizers will always stand at this desk to answer your questions. The PET desk opens at 8:30 and closes at 17:30 on Tuesday, 18:30 on Wednesday, and 18:00 on Thursday.

When you register, you also receive tickets for lunches, for the boat tour and the gala dinner. You must have them with you for these social events.

The lecture Hall 3, 4 and 5 as well as the PET-desk are located in the basement, while the rooms 015 to 027 are located in the ground floor. The program indicates the room number, the topic of the session and, if relevant, the name of the organizer. The session chair is the last speaker unless otherwise specified.

Speakers should come with a USB key with their presentation saved as pdf file.

Thirty minutes are devoted to each paper with twenty five minutes for presentation and five minutes for discussion.
